Browser notifications

Stay updated effortlessly with our latest feature: Browser notifications! 🚀 Receive real-time updates and alerts directly in your browser, so you never miss important information while browsing the web. This feature pairs really well with our recently released direct messages feature, which was launched last week.

Browser notifications are an opt-in feature; each community member can select if they want to turn these on. By default, Frond still uses emails to keep members in the loop. Check out this FAQ article to learn how to set up browser notifications and get started.

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS 🛠

• An issue has been resolved where the badge indicating unread messages was not displaying in newly created communities
• Digest emails will now show the author of a reaction to a comment instead of the author of the comment, which was causing confusion
• We have fixed a problem where notifications containing a username with only one character were being displayed incorrectly in the inbox
• The icon for recurring questions will now be displayed instead of the avatar of the user who created the group in digest emails
