To create a new role, go to Settings/Roles, and click on + Add role. You can enter any label and choose a custom color. After adding the role, click the overflow menu button to the right of it to assign it to members. Please note that roles are simply labels shown on member profiles. As of now, there’s no way to set specific permissions for a role, except for the admin role (learn more underWhat are admin rights?).
