Yes, you can create as many communities as you like under your account. There a a few places from which you can create a new community.
Click on the plus in the community sidebar on the left
When you sign in to your account or sign out of any community if you have more than one, you’ll get this screen from where you can crate a new community.
Click on your community name in the top left to open the menu and select Create new community
